Christmas/New Year break dates

This year we are closing between the following dates:

• Midday on Friday 23rd December 2016
• 9am on Tuesday 3rd January 2017

Support during the break

Unless by prior arrangement, only our usual ‘Skeleton Support’ shifts will be operating in office hours, during the break, with the exception of Public Holidays.

This will be via email only and will cover high and urgent priority support requests; excluding ‘PersonalAssistant’ requests.

Infrastructure Monitoring

As normal, our real-time monitoring of our infrastructure will continue during the break.
